How we work
Four commitments. They are here because they are the things small businesses tell us went wrong last time.
You own it
The code, the accounts, the hosting, the documentation. If you ever want to take it to someone else, you can — without asking us, and without a fee.
A fixed price before we start
We scope the work, quote it, and stick to it. If something turns out bigger than expected, that conversation happens before the invoice, not after.
You talk to the person building it
No account manager relaying messages to a developer you never meet. The person who understands your system is the person you email.
Plain language, always
If an explanation only makes sense to someone who already writes software, it is a bad explanation. You should be able to make decisions without taking our word for it.
Tell us what isn't working.
A description of the problem is enough to start — you don't need to arrive with a specification. If it turns out we're not the right people for it, we'll say so and point you somewhere better.
